Thank you for choosing Print Signs Quick for your printing needs. We are committed to providing high-quality printing services and want to ensure a satisfactory experience for all our clients. To that end, we kindly ask you to review the following important information regarding our policies:

Artwork Quality: The quality of the printed product is directly dependent on the quality of the artwork submitted by the customer. We are not responsible for issues related to the original artwork's resolution, size, pixelation, blurriness, or any other image defects. We strongly encourage customers to review their artwork carefully for these issues before uploading and approving it for print.

Typographical and Artwork Errors: It is the customer's responsibility to review their artwork for typographical errors, image quality, and accuracy before approval. We do not conduct reviews of artwork before printing, as the approval of the proof by the customer signifies the artwork is ready for print as is.

Refund Policy: Please be aware that once an order is approved by the customer during the online ordering process, we are unable to offer refunds, except in cases where there is a manufacturing defect attributable to our printing process. Our commitment to quality means we will address any issues resulting directly from our manufacturing process.

Shipping and Delivery: Once an order has been shipped from our facility, the responsibility for delays or loss during shipping lies with the shipping carrier. While we are not responsible for these shipping issues, we are committed to assisting our customers in gathering information about their package's status. Any claims for lost or delayed packages should be directed to and resolved with UPS.

By submitting and approving your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth process for creating your custom prints. Should you have any concerns or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Any damaged product must be reported in writing via email to Print Signs Quick (at printsignsquick@gmail.com) within 48 business hours of the product’s delivery by UPS. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and multiple photos showing the damage to the product as well as the entire packaging it arrived in, to help us process your claim quickly.

THE FOLLOWING ARE EXAMPLES OF ISSUES THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REPRINT OR REFUND:

  • Images that come out fuzzy, pixelated or otherwise distorted as a result of low quality files submitted for print.
  • Images that experience a color shift due to the conversion into CMYK format.
  • Errors that are contained within the customer artwork such as: insufficient bleed, misspelling, punctuation, damaged fonts, crop marks, finished product size due to incorrect scaling.
  • Determined that the ordered products have been used.
  • Orders that are canceled after the order has entered in production.
  • Orders that contain dated materials that arrive after the relevant date. It is the responsibility of the customer to allow sufficient time to place an order for time-sensitive materials.
  • An order that is refused at the time of delivery or undeliverable.
  • An order that is lost, delayed or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Artwork is sent to print "As Is" and does not get edited by Print Signs Quick unless otherwise addressed to the customer.
