What are Custom Tailgate Magnets?

Tailgate Magnets are a flexible magnet material that will stick to any flat surface on your vehicle. These magnets are custom printed with your design and can be seen by both pedestrians and drivers as you commute every day. Our custom magnets can stay on your vehicle as you drive, but you can remove them whenever you want.

IMPORTANT: A lot of newer vehicle bodies are now made with a plastic material instead of metal. So make sure a magnet will stick to your vehicle BEFORE you order!

How do I know what size Tailgate Magnet to order?

The first thing you want to do is measure the largest FLAT area of your tailgate. A lot of newest tailgates have contours for asthetics. You want to make sure your magnet doesn't go over these contours. The most important thing is making sure your magnet is on a completely FLAT surface. One reason is because it just looks better and it's easier to read when it's laying flat. But another more important reason is because you don't want to have gaps anywhere under the magnet or you risk airflow getting under the magnet and compromising the magnetic connection with your tailgate.

Once you have found a completely flat area on your tailgate, measure the space with a tape measure and decide how big you want the magnet. The bigger the better if you have a lot of text to read.
