Printing Timeline, Cut Off Times and Cancellation Policy

When you need your order quick, we have rush production and expedited shipping!

At Print Signs Quick, we understand there are times where you need to get your signs printed fast! We have the ability to get it done! With our Same Day and Next Day options, we can get your order on it's way to you as fast as possible! We also offer expedited Overnight and 2nd Day shipping options!

In order to get your order printed in the fastest time possible, there are a few things to keep in mind:

1) Your order MUST be placed AND your artwork has to be uploaded AND approved by you before our daily cut off times.
CUT OFF TIMES:

SAME DAY Cut Off time: BEFORE 7:59am PST
NEXT DAY Cut Off time: BEFORE 8:59am PST
STANDARD Cut Off time: BEFORE 9:59AM PST


** IF you place your order BEFORE the Cut Off time BUT you don't Upload AND Approve your artwork file until AFTER the Cut Off time, it WILL change your shipping date**


Example:

You place an order for 'Same Day' or 'Next Day Production' BEFORE the Cut Off time and it says it's due to arrive on the 15th.

1) If you upload AND approve your artwork BEFORE the Cut Off time, it still ships on time and arrives on the 15th.
2) If you upload AND approve your artwork AFTER the Cut Off time, your order ships a day LATE and arrives a day LATE.
At Print Signs Quick we strive to expedite the printing process in order to get your order delivered to you on time. In order to do so, our online orders go directly to our printers. Because the orders go directly to our printers, there is only a short amount of time where we may able to cancel your order if notified immediately. That window can be up to 30 minutes, but often times it is much shorter, especially during non busy times.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order immediately after your purchase, please call us directly at 951-595-7653. We may not see an email in time or may be on another chat and not able to access your chat message. The fastest way to reach us is by phone. There is no guarantee that we can cancel your order before it starts to print.

Once the product has started the printing process we will be unable to cancel your order.
